Responsibilities:
- Handles Accounting, Finance and Tax Area
- Prepare Cash flow Projections & Budget
- Perform financial audits if necessary
- Prepare Business Proposals for multiple parties such as banks, partners, new business ventures, etc
- Liaison and perform negotiations with private and state banks

Requirements:
1. Hold Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting (Master degree will be advantage)
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position & 1 years in managerial level
3. English literate (Both oral & written) and Computer literate (MS office)

Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of Java, J2EE application systems and VB.Net application.
- Provide user support on Java, J2EE application systems and VB.Net application.

Requirements:
1. Diploma/Degree in Computer Studies or equivalent with at least 3 years of working experience.
2. Java Programming certified is preferred.
3. At least 3 years of working experience with hand-on programming in Java 1.4.2/1.5.0, Swing, JSP, EJB, XML, Struts, DAO, HTML, JavaScript, WebLogic Server 7/8/9, Oracle 9i/10g, VB.Net 2005, Apache ANT 2.6, Shell scripts and UML.
4. Sound knowledge and working experience of object-oriented design and development methodology, J2EE technology and architecture.
5. Working experience with IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Toad.
6. Server Platform: Solaris.
7. Development Platform: Window XP.
8. Must be able to function well as a team member in a project and sourcing for technical solution independently.

1. She/he will be responsible to support graphic design and maintain company websites.
2. She/he will be working closely with our marketing team to provide all necessary supporting materials and design request.
3. She/he will be perform multi tasking activities including graphic and administrative support and related matters.

Requirements:
1. Hands-on experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel.
2. Knowledge in scripting will a valuable advantage.
3. Extremely Creative and innovative.
4. Posses a good attitude and interpersonal skill is a must.

Qualifications:
